I’m Jason Lawhorn — combat veteran, corporate leader, husband, and coach.
For over 20 years, I’ve helped men lead under pressure, grow through challenge, and show up stronger where it matters most — at work, at home, and in life.
But this isn’t a highlight reel.
My path hasn’t been clean, but it’s been earned.
My Story
I joined the Army in 2001.
Deployed to Iraq.
Came home. Transitioned into corporate.
Went back to active duty. Deployed to Iraq again. Back to corporate life.
Since 2011, I’ve been coaching and leading full-time in the business world.
Every chapter taught me the same lessons:
lead with clarity, build trust in chaos, and demand more from yourself than anyone else ever will.
I’ve been laid off. Rebuilt from scratch. Started over more than once.
I’ve kept a marriage strong through deployments, career changes, and real-life stress.
I’ve coached leaders, mentored teams, and helped men face hard truths without flinching.
And through it all, one truth never changed:
Discipline and ownership will make all the difference.
Why I Coach Men
Let’s be real — I’m not here to exclude women.
I’m here to intentionally support men, because too many are silently struggling and trying to figure it out alone.
We’re told:
Nobody cares. Just work harder.
Be strong. Don’t show weakness.
Man up and deal with it.
We’re expected to lead but rarely taught how.
We’re praised for results but unsupported in the process.
I don’t coach men because women don’t need help.
I coach men because we’re not getting the help we need — and it’s costing us.
This is the space I wish I had years ago:
A coach who gave a damn before the job title or paycheck justified it.
Not when I was winning — but when I was grinding just to hold it together.
I still wonder how far I could’ve gone if I’d had that kind of support sooner.
I don’t want you asking the same question five years from now.
What Makes Lawhorn Coaching Different
This isn’t motivational quotes or fake support.
It’s real coaching — for real men — built on four pillars:
➤  It’s Personal. No theory. No scripts. Just lived experience, grit, and honesty.
➤  It’s Focused. No filler. No hacks. Just structure, challenge, and accountability.
➤  It’s Accessible. High-level coaching at a price real men can afford.
➤  It’s Masculine. Direct. Honest. Raw. No ego. No excuses.
You’ve got two options:
Keep making excuses, blaming the world, and hoping things change —
or show up, do the work, and Own Your Growth™.
Ready to take ownership?

I work with men who are done making excuses and ready to take full ownership of their growth. They might be professionals, dads, veterans, or just regular guys who want more out of life and are tired of stalling.
They don’t need a vision board or a perfect plan. They need discipline, accountability, and a coach who tells them the truth, without the fluff, the hype, or the huge price tag.
If you're serious about leading yourself, showing up in every part of life, and doing the work most men avoid, this is built for you.
Most of the men I coach know they want more, but they’re stuck. Some struggle with discipline or follow-through. Others feel burned out, distracted, or like they’ve lost their edge.
They’re juggling work, family, and goals that keep getting pushed aside. Some are rebuilding after a setback. Others are facing transitions, a job shift, a breakup, or a dream they’ve ignored for too long.
Some know exactly what they want but haven’t had access to the kind of support that demands more from them and helps them deliver.
The common thread? They’re ready to stop spinning their wheels and start leading their lives again, and they want someone in their corner who won’t let them coast.
That depends on one thing, you.
If you’re serious about showing up, owning your growth, and putting in the work, you can expect real results:
Some guys make bold career moves.
Others rebuild discipline, improve relationships, or finally stop self-sabotaging.
What you won’t get is hype, hand-holding, or BS.
You’ll get a coach who pushes you, challenges you, and helps you become the man you’ve been talking about becoming, with straight talk, real tools, and the occasional well-timed kick in the ass.
First, we cut through the noise and get clear on what actually matters — not what the world says you should chase, but what fits your life, values, and priorities. Then we build a plan that’s simple, focused, and built for forward motion.
From there, it’s structure, accountability, and honest conversation.
Sometimes that means breaking things down into micro-steps.
Other times, it’s asking the hard questions no one else will.
I’ve studied proven coaching methods and I use them, but I don’t run you through a script.
I coach based on who you are, how you operate, and what needs to happen next.
Because that’s how real growth sticks, and that’s the only kind I’m interested in.
Yeah — I use The Mission Framework, a five-stage system designed to create clarity, direction, and real traction:
We figure out where you are, where you want to go, what’s in the way, and how to start moving with purpose. But this isn’t a cookie-cutter program.
I coach real men with real lives — so the process flexes with your goals, your pace, and your reality.
Whether we’re building better habits, sharpening discipline, or mapping your next big move, the focus stays the same:
Clarity. Progress. Execution.
Think structure, not scripts.
I bring the framework, strategy, and accountability.
You bring the honesty, effort, and grit to follow through.
Most coaching is overpriced, overhyped, and completely out of touch with real life. Mine isn’t.
I coach the guys most others overlook, not the ones with five-figure budgets or flawless plans, but the ones who are willing to show up and do the work.
I bring structure without scripts, challenge without ego, and accountability without the fake cheerleading. I’ve lived through enough real-life chaos to meet men where they are, and push them toward who they’re meant to be.
And yeah, my prices are lower, on purpose.
Because coaching shouldn’t be a luxury.
It should be for the men who need it, want it, and are ready to put in the work.
Not even close.
You don’t need a five-year plan, a vision board, or some polished dream to get started.
You just need to know something’s off, and be willing to do something about it.
Some guys show up with a clear goal. Others are just tired of feeling stuck.
Either way, we start where you are and build from there.
This isn’t about chasing someone else’s version of success.
It’s about building momentum that fits your life, and following through like it matters.
You’re not the only one. A lot of men come to me after trying coaching, courses, or books that didn’t stick. That doesn’t mean you failed, it just means those things weren’t built for where you were, or what you needed.
This coaching is different.
No hype. No one-size-fits-all formula. Just a straight-up focus on clarity, consistency, and follow-through, built around your life, not someone else's theory.
If you’re ready to show up, take ownership, and do the work, we’ll build something that actually lasts, not just feels good for a week.
Because that’s the whole damn point.
I didn’t build this to impress executives or chase premium price tags.
I built it for men who want to grow, but keep getting priced out of the help they need.
I’ve been there myself: knowing I needed support, looking for a coach, and realizing most charged more than my mortgage. That’s not accessibility, that’s insanity.
So yeah, my prices are lower. On purpose.
You’ll still get a proven coach with real experience, and the accountability most men have been missing.
You just won’t have to drain your bank account to get it.
